I've been eating this every day for a couple years. What's your opinion on my nutrition? I lift 4 days a week.

The only variety is every week I change the split peas to brown rice to buckwheat to beans to quinoa. Everything else the same every day. I am on a tight budget.

I eat same thing everyday too.

18 oz spicy vegetable soup
8 oz cottage cheese with celery salt and pepper and fresh habanero if I have it
Fish oil pill
10 oz chicken with steamed spinach and whatever other vegetables I have lying around
Multivitamin, fish oil pill, niacin, vitamin d in the winter.
Diet dr.pepper
5 ritz crackers
20 oz oatmeal
Bag of random vegetables
5 oz turkey
Bag of random vegetables.
Niacin
50 oz of green tea, and however much water I need depending on workload that day.

It could be much worse but it's pretty bad. You have 1 whole source of protein and get less from that that from whey. No vegetables. You consume 10 teaspoons of sugar on top of juice and fruit. Too little healthy fat.

Also I'm pretty sure you don't work out 3 hours a day.

I eat 'American blend salad' a couple days a week with tomatoes and onion and olive oil.

I lift 4 days a week, for 6 hours a day. But then i rest a loooong time between sets.

I start at 13:30 taking the neck pill until 14:30.
I half 30 minutes to have my 2nd shake and rest.
at 15:00 I start by workout and it ends at 19:00
with long ass rests between sets. I do need to compress the shit out of it but am too lazy for short rests.

Replace most of the refined sugar calories with fat calories. Not enough fat in your diet, imo. Fat helps optimize hormone production for muscle building. Refined sugars are trash calories.

You're not seeing any major progress at the gym because you're not focused.
Decrease your rests. You can do supersets for tris/bis if that helps cut time further.
6 hours at the gym is a waste of time. You're just breaking down your muscles and then when you eat, your body is probably desperately storing fat because it expects you to be doing another 6 hour workout.
