I can't think of anything else that's relevant. That chart is definitely outdated since no one even uses 4 of those 5. Typical french faggots thinking their cuisine is the end all be all. French is the most overrated food ever. Incredibly bland, the only appeal is fat content. French is the mcdonalds of national cuisines. Even southeast jungle asians squatting in a flooded hut manage to be better cooks.

Mother sauces are basic sauces from which other sauces are derived.

Mustard isn't a mother sauce. It's plant-seeds preserved in vinegar.
Ketchup is a derivative of tomato sauce.
Barbecue sauce has so many different types that it isn't a particular kind of sauce.
Hot sauce is basically like mustard, preserved peppers, only pureed in this case.
