if you're drinking 1/2 gallon of water at breakfast you need to check your blood glucose and make sure you don't have diabetes.

I don't smoke any more but that was the shit. Wake up, smoke while the coffee is brewing, throw some butter and honey on a hunk of crusty bread and eat that on the way to work. Kept me going until the early afternoon smoke before lunch at about 3.
