Depends where you live and where you go shopping.

In upstate NY, you can go to Aldi or Walmart and get a dozen eggs for like 89 cents. Do the math.

I lived in a flyover state, but I ate off of around $80-100 bucks a month in a rough patch around 2 years ago.

Tons of ground turkey (was regularly under $2/lb, sweet potatoes, onions, and mushrooms.

Was repetitive but I stayed ripped.

the big 5-dozen packs of eggs usually work out to about that price or a little over, depending on where you live. I'm in fucking Alaska and the 5-doz packs are only $8

Looking it up if I ate nothing but rice, minced meat and whey protein that would be about 3000kcal and 170g protein daily for hundred euros a month.

Haven't been to the store in a couple weeks, but last time I bought a 5 dozen pack, it was $3.88 or something similar.

Also, I just buy whatever meat is on discount in quantity and freeze what I'm not going to cook immediately. Just starting a semi-keto diet to see if it makes me feel any better, so I'm all about protein and no carbs now I guess.

Whey protein is like $20 (2 scoops is 36g, last me about 1-2 months, get vanilla.) Eggs are real cheap and a gallon of milk is like $4. You should get spinach and broccoli good vitamins and protein. Chicken is a go to meat but its about $12 for like 12 tenders. I normally spend $50-60 at Wal-Mart for food including dumb bullshit like chips and junk food.
