It's 5% fat lamb mince, well mixed (used a food processor) with ground coriander seed, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne, 2 garlic cloves, an incredibly finally diced onion, salt, pepper and and a little olive oil. Got the pittas, tomatoes, garlic yoghurt and lettuce ready to go.

That's how I like to do it. 1:1 ground beef and beef chunks cut a bit smaller than stew meat like you have there. The ground beef kind of disintegrates and the beef chunks give you something to chew on.

Don't forget the corn chips to top off your bowl of chili!

you have to sorta adjust your taste buds but don't think you ever totally get used to it

no salt added tomatoes and canned veggies
no salt chicken/beef powder
no salt jarred tomato sauce
make my own bread with no salt (bland but it works good when you add topping with good flavor
curry powder which has virtually no salt with tons of flavor
low sodium tuna from whole foods or the starkist one but they cost 2x the price of normal tuna
saltines without salted tops
trader joes unsalted peanut butter and tortilla chips
utz no salt potato chips which are in almost every grocery store and even target

you just have to check food labels constatly and shop around differnt places cause no one store has all the good low sodiim stuff

also I just stopped eating deli meat and pickles which were some of my favorite things but the sodim is through the roof

and find some good low sodium hot sauces like tabasco, trader joe ones and lots of ones they sell online
