I bought one of these a few days ago, and its starting to turn brown in the fridge. How to I slow/stop this process?

Not much you can do if it wasn't that fresh when you bought it. Otherwise, just tear off leaves to use instead of cutting it into sections can help keep it hold a little longer. Or if you're just going to use it for salad, make the salad now and toss it with dressing, oil and vinegar will slow oxidation. Some people don't like how salad gets soft if it sits with dressing for a couple days but I like how tender the vegetables get and that the dressing seeps in like a marinade.

Eat it. It'll still turn brown though.

Greens don't like moisure. I just let mine breathe (ie. don't store it in a plastic bag) because I eat it fairly quickly but google says you're supposed to wrap it in paper towels to soak up the moisture. You can freeze lettuce.

>must be shitposting
