Hey CK, lets talk about winter drinks. I just invented a hot coctail called a warm island breeze.

2 Shots Blanco Tequila
Juice of 1 lime
10 oz of hot water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
a dash of nutmeg.

Pour into a cup and stir.

Heaven on earth guys.

I find I enjoy Zinfandels (red) and Ganache the most. Thicker viscosity full body wines. Perfect for sipping or mulled wine.
