So, withdrawal or just down with something? Coffee noob.
I got a french press 2 weeks ago and few days ago learned I had been under filling it with grounds so started to fill it like pic related, drink about a pot and half a day (robusta) all totally fine.

...and I ran out, that's a lot of fucking grounds, had my last cup yesterday morning. Slight pain behind the eyes today developed into full blown headache, sweats, slight nausea. In bed at 8pm lol. The coffee really wreck my shit like this?
