This one is my favorite and it seems to taste good on everything. Vinegar is pretty low on the ingredient list so the taste of everything else isn't diluted.

This is the best hot sauce I ever tasted and it seemed to work with almost everything. It has a base of papaya instead of water or vinegar so it's pretty flavorful, and gets even more flavor from the mustard/garlic/onion.

This one has some mustard in it for flavor but I'm not sure if you'd consider it a mustard sauce.
