Let me settle this, once and for all.
If you compare Pho and Japanese Lamian, then you are an absolute retard. The bottom-of-the barrel-dreg-of-society retard. They are completely different.
IF you want to compare, Vietnamese family-owned noodle shops (Ky Mi Gia) blows Japanese Ramen the fuck out of the water.
Pic related, one of many many variants of Mi you can get in Vietnam. I'm not even talking about the clearly superior broth of these noodles thanks to the unique balance of seafood and bone broth, the noodles themselves are already superior compared to the failure of alkaline noodles that people call "Japanese Ramen". Japanese Ramen add some alkaline to their basic bitch dough and call it "huuurrrrr alkaline noodles". Get real.
Vietnamese Ky Mi Gia >>>>>>> POWER GAP > Lamian > Ramen.
