Just made 4 more of these bad boys for lunch. I bunned then and sprinkled some Mexican cheese over them before putting them in at 350 and then I just eyeballed the time but obviously anything more than 10 minutes you’re at risk of burning the cheese up. Topped with a few drops of Tapatio hot sauce and French’s ketchup/mustard. If I had fancier mustard I’d have used that. And don’t have any relish either but would have done that too
