I've had other datil sauces and they were all on the sweet side, so I know where you're coming from. However, this sauce in particular is more fruity than sweet.

On a side note, I really enjoy pic related as well. Has a nice slight smokiness. Very excellent with eggs and breakfast sandwiches, I've found.
