Ok so gonna feed anywhere between 6 to 10 this year. No one wanted turkey but everyone wants meatloaf. I usually follow the chef john/brown recipe but since it's Thanksgiving I wanna make it a lil more festive. Was thinking adding sage sausage and some more herbs and maybe a turkey gravy on top. Any suggestions?
