Yup, been there was drinking all day every day for like 2 years straight after my divorce and I would only eat maybe once a day. I would aways be nauseous and throw up in the mornings shaking and have diarrhea, body felt weak and I literally just wanted to die. Glad I stopped drinking when I did though because I was on a path to organ failure dying alone. Many sad meals were eaten during this timeframe usually alone in the dark because I didnt have much money for utilities or for decent food after blowing it on alcohol and making divorce rape payments.
Most recent, a can of vienna sausages with a baked potato I microwaved and some leftover canned mixed vegetables. With a little bit of wooster sauce on it for flavor. Also eaten alone while standing in the kitchen, looking out my window wondering what my life has become
