i was about ready to steam/fry some tofu with chili ginger sauce, and broccoli.

It IS a hassle to store though, after you cut a block of it.and ive got a Huge block of it.

Tofu can be delicious if properly prepared, but not usually by itself. Its good to have another dish with it.
