I'm going to be a unoriginal cunt here but broiled lobster and a big New York strip (medium rare) with sautéed onions and shitake mushroom with wasabi sauce. A big baked sweet potato, sweet roasted carrots, and crusty warm sour dough bread with lots of butter. 2 bottles of expensive cabernet and pitchers of strawberry lemonade. For dessert an arrangement of fruits and lemon cheese cake with a few pots of tea. This meal would take as long as I need and will be watched with the Lord of the Rings movies starting with the Hobbit.

Alright lads figured I'd report back, I followed the advice and listened to the box (kinda), the box called for potatoes and onion but seemed like a bad match with chicken, so I put in:

>the curry block
>honey
It's great, considering it's 5 fucking ingredients (not counting the curry block) and the "work" is just cutting and browning the ingredients, this is an amazing result. I'll try more advanced stuff with it in the future.

The tip about the honey was a good one, rounded off the flavor just right. Sadly didn't have any apples this time but will try next time.
