Does all seafood mess with your stomach? There are some very light, easy fish that you could try. Also, a lot of times fish are cooked with lots of oil or butter and can be very rich. You should try cooking some yourself and just season lightly and lightly pan fry. Might be easier on your stomach. Maybe try mussels as well, I find them to be not as seafood-y as some other dishes.
