Thanks man. From what it sounds you were just experiencing the DTs(delirium tremens) or “the shakes”. Can’t hold still, racing heart, audio hallucinations etc. it’s still a sign of dangerous withdrawal, but not as severe as an actual seizure. I hope you never get to that point.
