Lutefisk.

I personally enjoy the taste and texture of Lutefisk. It is very gelatinous and almost like "fish jelly", but even the natives tend to hate it and it smells absolutely disgusting.

It is basically dried fish soaked in lye which breaks down the protein structure of the fish

Never had it myself, but lutefisk is famous among Norwegian-Americans as "I dare ya to taste this."

eh, imo bugs aren't too bad

this shit though, man fuck this shit.
lutefisk is the worst thing that can ever be eaten. it's basically if someone mixed a rotting fish in with vaseline.
