You caffeine tweakers ever put anything else in your keurig? I quit coffee a minute ago but I've been using my keurig again for linden star, filling the reloadable k-cup with it. Makes 6 good cups because the linden star flowers are even more brittle than coffee beans. The effect is as strong as coffee, but in the opposite direction. I can sit down and look ahead doing a task all day because I am too tranquilized to do anything else

Linden star tea is the most sedative that I've drank. I drink a lot of herbal tea for anxiety/cope reasons and linden star is the only one that can actually put me to sleep if I do not respect it. It is in a different weight class than the other herbal teas that also taste good. Nothing special among bad tasting sleep herbs, but it is not bad tasting.
