I went on a Korean food kick a few weeks ago, and I've not been feeling it lately. I still have all this gochugaru, gochujang, and doenjang. I also have dried kelp, dried mushrooms, and anchovy stock powder sitting around.

What are some interesting things I can do with these pastes? I was thinking lentil soup with doenjang might be neat.
