I mean, there are other cheeses that I'd much rather have (say, with crackers), but this is the quintessential cheese for drive-in burgers. Nothing is better than a small, rural burger drive-in with a tiny little window where they take your order and hand out your food. Chili cheese fries, sundaes, homemade corn dogs and onion rings. I'm not being facetious when I say that if you don't have this where you live, I feel bad for you. Like, I am actually saddened some people don't know this feel.
