If I'm used to drinking higher proof bourbon will I enjoy Scotch? Specifically stuff other than Islay (I have had Laphroaig and did not enjoy it). I notice most of it is lower proof, and I prefer a strong flavor (just not peat). I tried Jameson recently and it tasted like water almost.
