siracha to me just tastes like spicy garlic ketchup. I like it, but it's not really a hot sauce. It tastes like raw garlic more than anything else.

pic related is my go to every day hot sauce. I also really like the green El Yucateco sauce. Habenero Tabasco is interesting too, it's not that hot but reminds me of Jamaican spices.
