When can ck start a fast food meme war and make burger king great again?

Worked in food service for 10 years before switching careers.
First five or so I was working at places like chipotle while in school. Last 5 were in actual restaurants.

Anyways, when a customer usually complains its split into basically three categories. The people who dont think they know everything, and are polite, they get forgotten, and usually get better than average service from then on for being polite and honest.
Then theres the people who dont complain immediately but managers pr someone either sees a review, or we hear from owners, management, corporate, etc. Those are the more serious ones but we forget them.
Then theres the third type. The grade A asshats, that make huge complaints or big deal over like a missing ingrediant on a salad, we dont forget them and they become the butt of the jokes from then on, and they get nick names for when or if they come back.

I can remember one time a new cook put the wrong meat on a sandwich once, it went out the customer was so rattled he ate it and then he complained, and then, demanded his money back. He stormed out and literally as soon as he stepped into his car (which we all watched him do) the phone rang and it was him asking for the manager. Which was me at the time.
Remember folks you do shit like that you're the joke for months to come and you'll probably get shitty service or lack of perks next time. And if it's in a plaza or something we all talk, and we all know who you are.
