The biggest problem with that is that it's yellow American (and thus has Annatto, which detracts from the sweetness and brightness, and thus uniqueness of the cheese).

As for the pizza, the ingredients – similar to many prominent / popular recipes, and resulting pictures – are way too much in amounts.
