To me it has a distinct flavor, just not a strong one. It tastes like salty milk. Salty milk is how I'd call the flavor.

Now, this is very different to the kind places like McDonalds use, which for all intents and purposes, is labeled just the same as your store bought kind, but it has a uniquely sharper and more tangy flavor, some have dubbed it "lemon cheese".

Cheese product, as it were, melts completely and becomes a liquidy oozing semi solid at it's meltiest.

What's the secret to McDonalds cheese? In every superficial way it seems identical to Kraft Singles, but it has a much more tangy and rich flavor, while Kraft Singles pretty much just taste like salty milk

What's your favorite item from McDonalds? For me it's the McGriddle with a hash brown. And I'll have that with a cup of hot coffee, if you don't mind.
