Basically small, open pies usually with chicken, peas, and carrots in a white sauce, although there are entire "guilds" dedicated to expanding on tartelet-recipes, and while these are often times rather exclusive it's becoming a more common sight to see them stuffed with, for example, shrimp instead of chicken filling.

1. Danish dish consisting of a puff pastry "shell" filled with chicken and vegetables, traditionally leeks, asparagus, onions, and carrots. Originally a French dessert, the tartelette.
2. Roasted pork, served with parsley sauce and potatoes.
3. Pasta Cabonata.

Hate
1. Greenland halibut. The one fish I've encountered and haven't enjoyed.
2. Fermented shark. Fucking Iceland.
3. McDonald's.

Strawberries with regular cream or vanilla custard.
