The "greens" are wilted and look like boogers.
Next time, dunk them in boiling water and then to ice bath, they will look much more fresh when heated.
If I was lazy I would rather make it with chopping the rocket and mixing it last, like pesto.
Plus any hard cheese beforehand.

dude was a gluten in every since of the word. good dude but he could out drink, out smoke and out eat anyone I've ever met. we used to play edward 40 hands at parties and dude would have to go twice.
