if i smoke after drinking milk i always get sick. i don't get sick from any other foods. i first noticed when i used to smoke after eating cereal. anyone else?

frozen veggies are better for you. They're flash frozen, preserves the nutrients. Ice crystals all messed up cell walls, making veggies more digestible.

Fresh veggies oxidize quickly. If you don't eat them right away, they go to waste.
