Ok tripps... unlike a lot of fad diets there is science to back it up. The problem is its easy to do wrong and if done by idots that think they can have bacon with everything they fuck up their cholesterol and health in the long run. One big mistake is eating too much protein as well as fat, which can make your body eat at muscles. Its basically like Atkins or juice diet. It makes more sense as a short term jump start that is worked with a doctor/dietitian where you have a period where you switch back to regular healthy eating.
