chinese market teas are often meh and sometimes questionable. you'd think they'll have good tea but unfortunately that's not the case. maybe they just get away with selling garbage tea to silly gweilo who don't know any better

it's not even about the money, it just feels wrong to throw out tea. that said, I did throw out pretty much a full tin of pic related a few years ago. that was also when I learned I really dont like perfumed french tea.
