I saved this because I thought it was a good idea, when I'm not caring about the shit I'm putting in my mouth, but if I am caring, it's like a switch is flipped and I'm a completely different person, I'm completely on the ball with healthy living and losing weight, I've been fasting for a long time, I've gotten down to 90 kgs last year at 6'4, through fasting. I'm about 108kgs now and experiencing conflicting ideas on how to live my life, I've actually gone through many fasts, I've fasted for a week before and still I haven't broken the need to binge on shit at some point. I think the whole breaking or 'resetting' your food addiction through fasting is a meme only for some people. Has anyone else gone through this?
