That would at least make sense, but that post (mine) was more about how great tiramisu is rather than how great Japan is at it.
That said, I've had a bunch over there. I could keep going. Here's a matcha tiramisu I had in Shizuoka.

And from the same event, this time its green tea tiramisu. I called it "Shizuoka as hell" at the time, which made my friend working in Shizuoka tourism laugh very hard.
