Tapatio is low tier. It has all the markings of an inexpensive, entry-level hot sauce. Notice how it's a homogeneous mixture -- you can't see the different vegetables and spices in it. The flavor isn't anything noteworthy either. Wow, geez, there's "red peppers," "spices," and "garlic" in it (look at the ingredients list)? Pretty simple and bland list of ingredients. To top it off, do you even know the peppers they use? Whatever it is, it's not interesting. The scoville rating is a laughable 3,000.

I prefer Bunster's Black Label. It uses scorpion and bird's eye chilis, in a base consisting of orange juice, onions, apple cider vinegar, coriander, lime juice, and goji berries. The scoville rating is 70,000 to 100,000.
