You can still do good with steel or stone in a conventional oven.

Anyone have experience with detroit deep dish pans?
NY style is good, but I'm a sucker for the crispy edges and soft chewy dough.

Thanks. Came out really well, one half had spinach and basil, likes that side much more.
Same dough used for pizza.
But the pizza was made the day before.
