We use Ubereats at the restaurant where I work at.

Unlike other services that allow us to give either the customer or the driver a timeframe, they just have the driver show up as soon as possible.

This isn't an issue when it's 15:00 on a Tuesday, but when it's 18:00 on a Friday night and it's busy as shit, it's pretty common for the driver to show up within 5 minutes and their order isn't anywhere close to being made, so they have to wait around for 25 minutes until they get their stuff and they always get pissy like it's somehow our fault.

Waitr is a much better service.

Also, fuck Grubhub, Yelp's Eat24 is better, but not by a whole lot.
