Eat something with potassium (bananas, potatoes). I won't say, don't feel that way, or that there is no reason to feel that way, now of all times, but just focus on doing what you can do to make the best of the situation even if it's a crappy one..

Whatever sunlight you get at home, spend more time under it. Next time you go out for grocery buy some green onions and grow the ends in soil, seeing fresh greens at home grow and then being able to eat them helps me to feel less trapped.

When I was a wee boy I bit into a piece of fried okra. The breading came off and there it was.... this disgusting slimy green thing staring back at me. I gagged so hard.

Got some bananas goin brown and i want to slow down the process so i don't have to throw any away.
