Now for drinking you don't really want food because it just soaks up your alcohol and makes it take longer to get drunk again but if you're head is pounding to much to even considering drinking more, try chicken broth its full of electrolytes and won't load up your stomach so you're good to get back to drink as soon as you feel up to it.
