Diabetic anon back. Here is today's daily caloric intake minus 2 bananas I will have later. Today I tried mixing my own seasoning since the ones I got all have sugar. Honestly wasn't too bad with 1 tsp each of the following
>turmeric
>garlic powder
>kosher salt
>red pepper flakes
>paprika
>black pepper
Any of you have seasoning recommendation? Also that is one (1) large chicken breast incase another retard thinks it's two (2).
