Actually i have been experimenting a little with burgers and today i made a feta cheese, green olives and yellow onions burger.

Not bad but, really tasty but a little dry, tried some chili sauce but not quite right.

Been thinking of experimenting with olive oil, sundried tomatoes, basil maybe some garlic and a splash of lemon juice.

And some green salad on the bottom?

Anyone have idea for a good hamburger dressing that works with feta cheese (sheep or goat cheese), olives and yellow onions?
