I went through a lot of recipes before finding this one which for my taste is the most flavourful. Basic recipes are ground beef or lamb and grated onion but this one adds things like garlic and onion powder for maximum tastiness.

Don't be disappointed if the meat falls off at first. Took me a few tries before I discovered that it stays on better without any eggs in the meat, which do the opposite of what the recipes say they will.
