I live next to this meat market. Their meat is ok but their hot links are god tier. I came up with this recipe to use some leftover sausage. Its nothing fancy but its pretty fucking tasty.

1 hot link (two depending on size)
1 onion
1 head of garlic
Serrano peppers (i use about 5)
3-4 carrots
butter
chicken broth
1 can diced tomato
lintels
chop garlic and onion
melt butter in pot
add garlic and onion to pot
chop peppers
add peppers to pot
saute for a bit and add tomatoes
fill pot with chicken broth
slice and add sausage
simmer for at least 30 minutes ( an hour or so is better)
slice carrots somewhat thin
add carrots and lentils
cook until lintels are done
