>Only flour in the bread does. But coffee beans do not, they are immune to very high temperatures.
my point was made in a very sarcastic tone, of course coffee is not immune to very high temperatures.
that retard poster was suggesting that charred bread will taste acrid but charred roasted coffee beans will take on unique flavor

>Charred bread doesn't taste good because the flour ingredient in the crust takes on an acrid taste.
>Coffee beans takes on unique flavor while roasting though.. it's very different

the different temperature level for bread and for coffee is irrelevant in this example,
on top of it bread charred on outside can still have good eatable stuff left inside because of it size,
but small coffee bean is burned charred all the way through because is so small, there is nothing good
nothing that is alive left in burned charred small coffee bean.
