It's very rare for food poisoning to have an onset more than 24-48 hours after eating.

Maybe, but it's almost certainly not because of the new pizza place. It's probably something else you ate (tho food poisoning is very rarely constipating, it's usually a fire hose out the ass sort of thing,) some other underlying medical issue, or trauma from the gay sex. I'd bet heavily on number two or three. See a doc.
