>made carnitas from pork shoulder last night in oven, couldnt start until 7 pm
>had to wake up in middle of the night twice to manage it (once to take it out and then clean the pot, once later to put the cooled food and separated jelly+fat in the fridge
you guys ever do stupid shit like this for food?
