What's the best potato dish?

hopefully nobody will notice that I don't enough know what the difference (if any) is between barbecue and grilling and if BBQ and smoking are the same thing or not.

I'm not fat, I'm 6'5 and 175lb. Skinnyfat right now because I quit stimulant drugs and gained weight around my waist. Have naturally wide hips but quitting drugs took it to a whole nother level. Currently cutting 600 to 800 calories below maintenance per day but I want to cook for myself besides having just eggs, tuna, chicken breast, and sometimes salmon. I don't have time to go buy steaks every 2 days to keep in the fridge. But if I can cook from frozen, I can just buy a shitton of them.
