boiling water for pasta, you cant realy overdose salt.
if spaghetti, hold them with two hands, twist a little bit to drop them regularly.
Don't stir.

Sauce: cut onion into cubes,
put in olive oil at medium heat.
add a sprinkling suggar.
then cook till see-through and
mix with a big spoonfull of tomato paste,
should mix with the remaining oil.
then add little water:vinegar 60:40 to cool down. whilst simmer, add constantly water,
spice up with salt, pepper, parsley.

eat with parmesan.
