On topic, the only restaurant experience is as a cook at an italian pizza shop for a few months after college. I was good at it, I got along with the pothead/metalhead boss, and mostly things went well enough.

Not about bad customers, just odd:

> Get a call in for a "cheese and veggie" sub, hold the cheese.
