i've found an easy small meal you can eat (if you can down anything without throwing up) which is just rice + deenz + any sort of vegetable + hot sauce (optional), tasty and takes less than a minute to make (assuming you have a rice cooker).

besides consuming anything you need to get in some exercise i'd say at least 3-4 times a week. it vastly helps digesting the alcohol and is incredibly underrated and looked over by many people that are not that young anymore and assume their hangovers got worse or started to exist because they think it's because they got older which the real reason most of the time is that they stopped being so physically active like they were when they were younger. any sort of cardio will suffice, even walking. adding resistance/strength training or HIIT is great too.
